Submitting Notice Of A Legal Claim

We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the warranty service offered for your Milgard window or patio door. Milgard has established this notice requirement to create an opportunity to address your concerns. Please review and provide the information requested below.

The warranties provided with Milgard Manufacturing, LLC window and door products manufactured after April 1, 2021, include a requirement that a product owner, past or present, intending to assert a legal claim against Milgard must provide Milgard with this Notice of Legal Claim ("Notice") prior to filing the claim. Upon receipt of a complete Notice, Milgard shall have 45 days to investigate and tender a resolution for the issues claimed. The product owner must provide reasonable documentation and allow Milgard to inspect the product upon request.
