Program Description: This is a brief description of the kinds of messages users can expect to receive when they opt in to service updates. Text messages are sent to customers to provide status updates, appointment notifications, and requests for information regarding the customer’s request for service.

Frequency: You will receive messages on a varied frequency.

Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply back with STOP. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages regarding your service request from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
