Honsador Lumber began operating on Oahu in 1935 as Honolulu Sash and Door company. In 1955, the business changed its name to Honsador Lumber, and during the 60’s we saw an opportunity for growth and refocused our vision to a full offering of lumber and building materials. Today, as a local Hawaiian business, we are comprised of multiple building material supply yards, a full-service treating facility, a door shop manufacturing facility, three truss plants, an engineered wood division and multiple distribution outlets. We have grown to serve all the Hawaiian Islands as the premier provider of superior building products, and package homes. Partnered with some of the industry’s best manufacturers and vendors, such as Milgard, we are proud to offer reputable name brand, high-quality products to Hawaii’s contractors, custom home builders, remodelers, and owner-builders through all phases of their building process.
