Where do I find my Sales Order Number?
Once you’ve purchased your products, ask your Milgard Certified Dealer to provide you with your sales order number so that you can register for the promotion.

Where can I find the promotion code?
SPRING2025 is the promo code for our current promotion. Details about the promotion can be found HERE.
When is the last day to register for the promotion?

Do the eGift card codes expire?
No the e-gift card options you'll access do not expire.
Will Milgard send me an electronic or physical gift card?
Eligible participants will receive an eGift Card directly sent to the email address used for registering your promotion.
If I have several orders, will Milgard send me one eGift card or multiple?
The number of eGift Card Codes will depend on how the orders are received and when they are approved. Multiple eGift card codes could be sent.
Will my eGift Card work for Canada?
This promotion is for electronic gift cards, regardless of your location.
How soon will I get my eGift Card?
An eGift card code will be sent via email approximately 12 weeks after taking delivery of your product or registering for the promotion - whichever is later.
If it’s been 12 weeks since you registered with your promotion code, please get in touch with us at info@milgard.com.
Where can I find the status of my promotion registration?
We will notify you via email of the status of your promotion registration once our team has processed it. If qualified, you will receive your eGift card code via email approximately 12 weeks after taking delivery of your product.

I think my dealer did it for me. What do I do?
If your Certified Dealer has registered you for the promotion at milgard.com/promo-registration, we're processing the submission.
Please contact the Certified Dealer you're working with to get your confirmation number so you can track the status of your submission.
I can’t find my eGift Card in my email Inbox – can you resend it?
If you do not see the email please check your “junk mail” folder or “spam” folder. We make every effort to ensure that these emails are delivered.
If you still cannot see it, please email info@milgard.com.
Why was my eGift Card amount less than I expected?
For the current promotion, qualified orders receive $20 for each V250 Style Line Series window, $30 for each V300 Trinsic Series window, $40 for each V400 Tuscany Series window, and $100 for each V400 Tuscany Series and/or V300 Trinsic Series patio door. Bonus: Additional $20 per product with capstock.
All eligible rebates will be paid out via eGift card regardless of participant’s location.
If you feel that your amount is less than expected and needs additional review, please contact info@milgard.com.
Does the promotion apply on rental properties?
This promotional offer is limited to homeowners only. Rights cannot be transferred. Not valid for dealers, contractors, or builders. Cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
What products qualify and how much can I get?

Can I still qualify if I purchase my windows at Home Depot or Lowes?
This promotion is only valid when you purchase through a Milgard Certified Dealer. Home centers such as Home Depot and Lowes are not included in this promotion.
