Changing The Architectural Style
The original style of the home was a hodge-podge of Spanish/70’s/Hill Country styles. The architect and builder envisioned taking the design of this extensive remodel to a more classic modern place.
Adding Modern Windows
A play on refined and rustic was used to bring character and history to a new modern. Milgard aluminum windows with an anodized bronze finish were a big part of realizing that vision. Custom metal work on the railing and Juliette balcony helped to make the Milgard windows shine.
